Sollte Alpega eine lokale Shipper-/TMS-Gesellschaft in Ihrem Land unterhalten, schließt diese lokale Alpega-Gesellschaft den Vertrag ab, und es gilt das jeweilige nationale Recht. Falls keine lokale Shipper-/TMS-Gesellschaft in Ihrem Land ansässig ist, gilt österreichisches Recht, sofern nicht einvernehmlich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde.
