Drawing on a vast array of carrier-based assets, Alpega offers a suite of solutions spanning Transport Execution, Transport Planning, Dock Scheduling, Freight Sourcing, Freight Exchanges, Freight Payment and Package Management. We are proud to stand as the sole SaaS provider offering Transport Management Systems (TMS) for shippers, supported by an 80,000-strong open carrier network covering approximately 10% of all commercial trucks in Europe.

For our forwarders and carriers, we provide connectivity through three premier freight exchanges in Europe, with particular prominence in Iberia, Romania, Central, and South Eastern European regions. This connectivity facilitates seamless matching of freight loads with transportation capacity, empowering carriers to optimize their operations and streamline efficiencies.

Meet our management team

Daniel Cohen

Daniel Cohen is a global technology executive with nearly three decades of experience building and scaling product-led B2B software platforms.

He has held senior leadership roles across FinTech, payments, cybersecurity, and enterprise SaaS, with a consistent focus on using digital platforms, data, and modern architecture to simplify complex systems and deliver reliable, scalable outcomes for customers. His background spans product strategy, platform evolution, and leading global teams in regulated and high-availability environments.

Across his career, Daniel has led the transition of legacy products into cloud-based platforms, introduced new digital infrastructure to modernise core transaction flows, and embedded data and intelligence directly into products to improve trust and performance. He is a named inventor on multiple U.S. patents, reflecting hands-on involvement in applied technology and platform design.

At Alpega, Daniel’s focus is on using technology to enable durable improvements in how transport operations are trusted, executed, and scaled.

Daniel holds a BA in Business Administration from Reichman University.

Georgia Leybourne

For the past 15 years, at the heart of supply chain, Georgia has focused on the art of getting goods from A to B quickly, efficiently and sustainably. As a seasoned marketer she focuses on cutting through the noise and raising awareness for smarter logistics.

The network effect plays a key role in Georgia's modus operandi with people at its heart. Growing that community, connecting parties to one another, offering best practice guidance and championing impactful causes, Georgia uses her voice and that of Alpega's to make the freight market a better place in which to operate.

Georgia has a BA in Business Studies with French and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
