Nikolay Pargov

Nikolay is an executive with more than two decades of experience across global logistics and supply chain organizations, with deep expertise in technology platforms, digital transformation and customer-centric innovation.

He has held executive roles at Transporeon, where he led a business unit of three companies (two of them acquisitions) before becoming Chief Revenue Officer, and was most recently CEO of Girteka Logistics. Earlier in his career, he held senior operational roles at DHL and C.H. Robinson Europe. Nikolay is also a board member of two other logistics technology companies: PTV Logistics and Transmetrics.

At Alpega, where he has been Chairman since July 2025 and is now also Interim CEO, Nikolay brings industry knowledge, strategic insight and a focus on operational scale, product development and customer impact.

He holds an MA in Management from Durham University.

Julia Seidl

Julia, Alpega's CFO, oversees finance, corporate legal, and security & compliance. With over a decade of experience in senior finance roles, she has a strong background in driving growth and M&A in international companies across Europe, the US, Middle East, and Asia. Before joining Alpega in 2018, she was VP of Finance at Automic and led audit engagements at KPMG. Julia holds an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Patrick van Denzel

Responsible for leading Alpega’s global revenue strategy and execution for our shipper customers. Patrick brings close to two decades of experience in supply chain, logistics, and SaaS technology. With deep expertise in Go-To-Market scaling and customer success, he is committed to driving sustainable growth through a people-first, commercial mindset. Before joining Alpega, Patrick built and led high-performing revenue teams that delivered measurable growth across Europe and beyond.

Olivier Gonon

As Chief Revenue Officer for Carriers at Alpega, Olivier oversees the global revenue strategy and execution for the company’s freight exchange division. He brings more than over 20 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and executive leadership across Europe.

With a strong background in optimizing carrier performance and business operations, Olivier is dedicated to driving customer success and sustainable growth. Prior to joining Alpega, he led global revenue and carrier teams at CH Robinson and sennder.

Christian Mayer

As Alpega’s CCSO, Christian oversees Customer Success, Professional Services, Support for TMS, and Group IT. With over 16 years of experience in senior roles, he ensures that his team delivers top-notch services to help customers tackle logistics challenges. Before joining Alpega in 2014, Christian was Senior Director of Professional Services at Imtech ICT Austria and began his career as an ERP Consultant at Lagermax Group. He holds qualifications in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and Supply Chain Management.

CLAUDIA IONESCU

As Chief People Officer at Alpega, Claudia leads the company’s people strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and talent agenda, partnering closely with the executive team to strengthen organizational performance, enable transformation, and support Alpega’s long-term growth ambitions.

With more than 20 years of international experience across EMEA and Latin America, Claudia has led people and organizational initiatives through periods of rapid growth, transformation, organizational redesign, and M&A integration. Her work focuses on translating business strategy into scalable organizational solutions, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and building high-performing teams and cultures.

Prior to joining Alpega, Claudia held senior HR leadership and executive roles across the Payments, FinTech, and Digital Marketplace industries, partnering with executive teams to drive growth, transformation, and operational excellence.
