Sofia is our HR Marketing & Communications Specialist, and she supports Alpega through working in our Employer Branding, Marketing for Talent Acquisition and Internal Communications. She is responsible for developing and implementing the appropriate communication strategies to ensure Alpega is communicating its culture, mission and purpose with authentic and effective content and storytelling.

As a company with up to 44 different nationalities, we definitely say yes. The only difference is that for future employees from outside the EU, the hiring process takes longer as official processes have to be considered (Work and residence permit)
We loved to meet our applicants in person to show them around and to arrange meetings with future colleagues and the manager. Covid-19 changed that completely. We have largely replaced this with detailed and multi-stage online interviews to give the applicant the chance to get to know the manager, future colleagues and a bit of our company culture.
