Depending on the position you apply for, you may have one or two extra interviews and a technical skills assessment.

Frequently asked questions


What’s the best way to submit my application?

The easiest way is to use your LinkedIn Profile, but be sure that the most important info is covered in that profile. If you do not like that option, you can fill out our form on the website and enclose your CV.

Do I need to upload all certificates and confirmations?

To start the process, we need your CV or your LinkedIn Profile. It should give us a good first impression. During the process we might ask for more information.

I am interested in working at Alpega, but right now there is no open position that fits – can I send you my application anyway?

Yes, we are always interested in meeting great people. Please use general application to send us your CV.

What happens after I send my application?

You will receive an email to let you know that we got your application. During the following days, we screen your CV and come back to you. 

How will my privacy be protected during the hiring process?

We are committed to work in accordance with the GDPR regulations in place. Your data will be stored and processed in our Recruiting software.  You can request a data correction or request to be deleted from our database at any time.

In which language should I prepare my CV?

As we are a very international company, we would need your application in English.  

Can I apply from outside the European Union as well?

As a company with up to 44 different nationalities, we definitely say yes. The only difference is that for future employees from outside the EU, the hiring process takes longer as official processes have to be considered (Work and residence permit)

Covid-19 & Recruiting – how does it work?

We loved to meet our applicants in person to show them around and to arrange meetings with future colleagues and the manager. Covid-19 changed that completely. We have largely replaced this with detailed and multi-stage online interviews to give the applicant the chance to get to know the manager, future colleagues and a bit of our company culture.

Will I be informed if my application cannot be considered?

Yes, we will inform you in any case.
